My car Audi Q5 was given for service by me on Thursday ,7 th of April 2022 which was in perfect condition and there were no issues mentioned by the mechanic at the time of inspection and at the time of delivering me the car , there was a leakage noted from the steering pump and steering was very hard to rotate and was stuck , I complained to him about the same but tat mechanic took the car back and told he will solve it and give me back , but again when I received it , there was severe sound coming from the steering while rotating , they are not responding to my issue and telling there is problem in the car from before , which I don’t agree
