Text of Complaint by Aarnesh:

Hi team,

I have a few issues to raise:

1. The airtel Network for me has gone bad, earlier I was able to access across the house but now I have to sit besides the router to work.
2. On other note, randomly for few days you guys disconnect the connection for some “technical work”.
3. I can’t raise a ticket on Airtel app, because there is no option, neither I can call being a non airtel mobile number user
If I continue to face these issues, I will switch over to ACT which is now available in my premises.
