On the 25of sept my bill for no.9910068281 was paid but the Airtel staff punched in a different number for which I got the receipt.Since more than a month I have been visiting the Galleria outlet in Gurugram & have been speaking to staff to resolve this issue from their end,umpteen promises have been made in person but the issue still stands.I would like to get a final bill for settlement ASAP.The staff at Airtel have been making false promises every time.The fault is of Airtel but I have spent many hours at the outlet to no avail.Kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue.
