This is regarding complaint for my father’s number 8454847583. We made a payment of 470 INR by debit card but it did not went through it got deducted from my bank account so the person my airtel gallery stsff name is saad from ghatkopar west branch he told me to pay cash and he said you will get you money refunded still i haven’t got any refund and till date no bill amount is increased to 1200 INR.As my uncle’s number is in group member plan with airtel.
He got a call saying his number will get off if we dont pay a bill .
