I had taken a loan from bhanix fianance ltd. By Google pay service called cashe. I had paid one installment out of 3 but due to some financial reasons I am not able to pay other 2 emi’s, but after one or two year I paid to kotak Mahindra Bank through phonepe loan repayment option where they give me one bill number then I get my name and the total ammount I have to pay. I paid them. As they discussed on call they will provide me the noc from bhanix fianance but it’s scam. I request to court please look on this. This is very big level of scam. They are making fake loan acc by banking login access.
