Hi,
4th-July-2019 evening , I went to the airtel office to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. i had monthly balance which i need to pay , so i paid 506 rupees via airtel app and it deducted two times. which is is not showing in app transition history. and i called customer care and raised a query they gave me reference number.
“Hello! Reference no. 90617317 for your Airtel Mobile has been registered on 05-JUL-2019 19:21. The same will be closed in next 5 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121”
but still i didnt get any refund. when i called customer care they are not responding and disconnecting the call. Still i didnot receive my refund.
