My balance deducted 410 re On 25th february 410 rupees, i have data balance yet showing 48 mb, when i called customer service on that day @ 1.20 p. M your customer care guy told complain t taken your complaint will be resolved within 48, they told our backend team will call you and resolve the issue, but no body called and refunded my money. Again i called on 28th February @9.40 , your cc guy tirumala talked rude and not willing to transfer to superior, later he transferred to superior, he kept call in hold and without asking he transferred call to empty phone he disconnected the call and again i called on 2nd march 8.13 am, i talk to superior, he again took complaint, said it will be resolved soon.,
But again nobody called and closed the complaint. I want my money back or else i Am gone port and take along all my family members with them, and wii never suggest airtel anyone. Attached snapshot for your reference
