ave received a message on my mobile phone on 23 April as well as 23 april 2022; says, ” Hello. Thank you for choosing access na jito contest. You have been charged Rs. 5 & Re. 1.” whereas I have not access any contest or anything else, still my money got deducted. Without informing money

Call 198 and follow the steps to speak to VI executive. (Speak in confident tone, but don’t be too aggressive) Tell them to blacklist the number immediately and refund your money back. They blacklisted the number for me and gave my refund immediately.
