Hello sir,
I’m a customer ordered an article magic craft rider on Flipkart the price reflecting to me was 3999 & after availing the discount deal it comes out to be 1099 so I ordered immediately I received the product on 15th oct it was in a brown carton with a seal tape of Flipkart henceforth I dint checked it further and made a cash payment after that 19th my mother passed away she was just 57 anyhow I was in a emotional distress..so yesterday being diwali we were not suppose to celebrate but still I ordered this gift for my brothers daughter so I gave it to her as it is meanwhile rhe only blunder happened was due that circumstances I wasn’t able to unbox and open the article so eventually we opened yesterday and this is what happened we were so disappointed to see that they fooled us and sent the used article or damaged article we can’t decide it was with zinc marks tyres of the rider were used and stained so it was an embarrassment for us..all I want is justice that’s why I’m approaching you hope you understand the situation and please help me??????
