Hello I’ve bought an apple watch series 4 cellular, on 11th jan 2019 . I took it out paired it with my apple phone then when i went on setting up airtel cellular on my watch it didn’t worked, so i contacted airtel costumer care they told my it’ll be fixed in 2 hours, hence i waited for 3 hours then tried again it wasn’t fixed, so i called customer care again, they didn’t knew what i was talking about so they gave me another 4 hours waiting time. After 4 hours it didn’t worked again so obviously i contacted them again they told me to wait another 4 hours.
The next morning i tried to set it up it didn’t worked as usual so i contacted them again this time they told me to wait for 24 hours their seniors will call mr and fix the issue, so i couldn’t do anything but wait after waiting for a day they gave me a call and asked me what’s the issue and then the lady told me she’ll call me after 15 minutes, that 15 minutes never came. So next morning i went to airtel Store in delhi they told me my number is from Uttar Pradesh so they can’t do anything alright fine. After 2 days of that promised 15 minute call back i never received any call so i called them back ,the costumer service guy told me to wait another 24 hours i waited again butno revert from airtel.
Then i went to airtel office again in Uttar Pradesh agra, after wasting 4 hours, the guy told me he has talked to his seniors, his trainer but no one didn’t knew what could be done with apple watch and asked me to wait that waiting time didn’t ended until this day.
In between i contacted airtel several times no one helped just gave me waiting time, yesterday a guy called again and asked me to wait until morning, I’m waiting for a call that’ll never be arriving.
Please help and look into the matter as I’m traumatized mentally and physically with this behaviour of sleep.
