I had done a transistion of Rs. 5000/- amount from Postpe app to a merchant but it was not credited to the merchant. I had raised a complaint to the postpe team on the same. They call me back and they clearly informed that the amount debited but it was not credited to the merchant account as he is not having the bharatpe merchant app. Then they said i need to call to the merchant and ask him to sign up with the bharatpe app which their employees has to do, and kept a long hold for 10 mins and after that they were saying i need to check with the merchant which he is not stay near me he stays far away and after that they said will arrange a call back with the higher officials and disconnected the call. I need my money back and i need penalty for treating me as executive and giving a wrong resolutions
