My Amazfit Bip U Pro Watch not working from 2/5/22,

Than I contact to your customer care toll free number,

As per process my watch Pickup on 4/5/22 with docket number 20340509092 and product revived to your service center on 5/5/22,

After that your executive said we resolve query with in one week,

But Till today no any update revived from your after 9 day to go ,

Customer care executive talk rudely and not given proper response, Call cut directly with out informing or query resolved,

Really Very worst service i have faced from your customer care department and com pony.
