Dear sir,
My airtel wallet have 449/- amount last two month onwards. Didn’t recharge or and my sim also deactivate many times approach the 198 executive said will resolve it as soon but didn’t. Also I called 400 dial no they also resolve not. I visited cumbum airtel payments he said simply call to 400. Then last 23.01.2021 airtel office sv complex, in kurnool two times visited but the didn’t. I request what reason to transactions and why delayed the issue of it. How to satisfy customer. If issue rise how much time taken to resolve. Kindly do the needful help.
