I am using Airtel Set up box and Airtel Estream Fiber net. One week back my set up box stop working. And rise the complaint they are coming after 2 days. They said that set up box complaint, need to be change. Next day they come and replace the set up box. At that time i checked the set up of internet connection, it was working. After the 4 days my set up box internet not getting switch to on mode. I tried all possibilities then after I called the service provider they take my complaint. But till there are not provide any solution for that. From last days I am only calling them and ask about complaint status. Thay said that technician well come and check the problem. But one will come till today. I am loosing my money and time here. Please take any action.
