Due To Glitch In Airtel Thanks App When I Am Trying To Recharge Another(My Mother number) Mobile Number It Got Recharge To My (Personal) Mobile Number.
I Have Already A Unlimited Pack(Transaction Id 362087143) In My Mobile Account Which Will Expire On 21st July Now The New Recharge (Transaction Id 3652952477) Has A Amount Of 38.52 For A Validity Of 28 Days.
Now That Recharge Will Expire Within This Existing Plan Itself And I Cannot Utilize The Amount.I Asked Them To Continue The New Recharge After The Expiry Of My Current Plan I.E After 21st July But They Deny That.
Now My Recharge Amount Is Of No Use How Can They Activate A New Recharge When They Have A Existing Unlimited Recharge Pack.
how can anyone use a recharge pack when they already have an existing unlimited plan active.
Please Resolve The Problem And Make Me Get My Recharge Amount Back Or Atleast Make The Pack Gets Activated After The Expiry Of My Present Pack
