Text of Complaint by Ankur Jain:

I am in Capetown,south Africa . I have recharged today for RS 755. Recharge is successful but not activated. I got the message from Airtel that your recharge is successful. I don’t know what to do. I cannot contact customer care on call as I am out of the country.
