I recharged my Airtel Sim with five hundred naira yesterday but it says my account balance is zero naira. I sent Airtel two emails but they didn’t reply me. This is the second time I am recharging my phone yet they tell me my main account balance is zero naira. The sad news is I see the bonus but my main account is zero naira. I don’t need their bonus, I need my money back.
