Hi,
I got a message saying “we did not get the document for postpaid connection 8095017466. Please submit the document.” I have been using the postpaid connection 8095017466 since last one year and I submitted all the documents at that time. Also, address verification was done that time. After getting the message, I submitted the document again to Airtel store Electronic city phase 1 , Neeladri road. After some days, my connection got disconnected on 9th July 2020. Store person, Srinivas told me to apply for new connection for same number and I paid outstanding amount on 4th July 2020. Srinivas told me to call on 15th, so that he can raise a new request. But when I called him, he did not pick the call and switched off the phone. Today 16th July 2020, I again visited the store and a lady vidya gave her number to follow up to raise the new connection.
I am completely fed-up with the Airtel. I have been using Airtel from last 10 years, but now I don’t think Airtel is doing good. All my bank accounts and other things are linked to the same number.
Expecting my connection should be started soon.
