Actually I am using my postpaid connection from past 1year in the plan of 1200rs with GST. And I got a call from Executive and they offered me Airtel DTH setup box completely free and no rental for this connection but after 1 month I got my bill in that my plan was changed and also added amount for the DTH rental and also taxes. Please solve my issue and I have proofs of voice records of that executive on that time of offering of DTH. Thankyou.
