Text of Complaint by Rajarathinam:

I have a postpaid connection from 2015 with airtel, and i am a 75 years old village man from thirunelveli district and mannarpuvillage. My name is Rajarathinam, last month my sim was damaged and unable to use it, so I have tried to reach the customer care, unable to reach, and as of now Aug 13 2022, I didn’t received any response from them, and I have tried with my son to get a new sim card, but they want to meet me in the airtel showroom, I’m a 75 years old man unable to go and find the showroom in thirunelveli. So that I have raised this complaint
