Dear Sir/Maam,
On 24 May I came to know that my Airtel net is not working and because of same I am unable to serve any of the net facilities provided by Airtel, like, Goggle crome, youtube, and other in my anroid phone. I lodge a complaint to your costumer care on 24th May and your customer care representative assure that same will be get fixed within next four working days i.e on 28th May.
But when it didn’t rectified, I again contacted your customer care on 28th May for requesting them to resolve my net issue but they asked for another 24 hrs to get it resolve and put the call in auto mode, where I am not able to contact again any of your customer care representative.
Till as on date my issue is pending/unresolved from your end and such kind of response from your representative and company is expected. This is first time when I am experiencing such poor response from Airtel company and your representatives.
Hope, necessary response may be extended after my request.
