DEAR SIR/MEM MY AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK ACCOUNT BLOCK AND MANY TIMES COMPLAINT BE ME BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPOND WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE EVERY TIME THEY SAID SERVER NOT AVAILABLE/SYSTEM IS UPGRADING EVERY TIME. MY SUM OF 929 IS STUCK PLEASE RESOLVE MY CONCERN
