91929962548 from this number I got call today around 1:20pm n he introduced himself as airtel customer service n ask about complaint I filed aday before.n suggested about refund n ask my debit card number too n I told him I don’t need refund as my complaint was solved.n suddenly he asked my name n read out .n he started talking to me using abusive words n making fun of me.is this some kind of joke??i dont wanna reveal what word he use but I don’t think this kinda of behaviour is proper !for professional or personal.this kind of improper behaviour won’t b tolerate ?
