Hi I am Chandra staying at Sec-3, Room No-209, s.s.1, Koparkhairane, Near Chikaneshwer garden, Navi Mumbai,
I have been facing network issue (Inside my room not able to connect my internet and also not able call to anyone or not able receive) since 07 july 2020 and given complaint & SR no is C4GSP30708928255 but with out resolving my issues they closed the SR even if they have not asked me whether the issue has resolved or not. So could you check and as soon as possible resolve the issue.
