I’ve been with airtel for more than 4 years and now my network is completely out . I can’t make or receive calls , sms couldn’t be sent , internet not working.
I have paid my bills on time and I still have time to pay my bill .
Saddest part is I couldn’t reach any of the customer service rep . Their ivr never gives a solution , their app is another joke , emailed cx service but automated reply comes but no solution . Without any means of communication I’m living here in these covid times.
