Hi sir, treat this as a legal complaints against airtel.
a month or two ago my airtel prepaid mobile had a lifetime validity upto january 2038 but this lifetime validity has been curtailed to 5th Dec 2018 which I think is a clear breach of contract. Airtel can offer present/new validity scheme to their new customers but they can not breach the contract of old customers who had lifetime validity.
