Text of Complaint by Prabhakara Reddy.M:

I have enough balance in my Airtel mobile, but I got a message  as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121*51#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud. I hope they are trying to raise fund using this expiry fraud. Please take action.
