My dth no. 3015021653 registered mob. No. 9771428420. I recharge my account on 31st Oct from 250 rs. After that my dth signal is weak and show error coad b001. I contact to the customer service he registered complain. One person call me regarding the issue but for necessary work I went to outside from home but he and his office call me again and again. That’s why I said him you have so many problems so leave that complain I will see some other rectification. On Sunday I saw my dth antenna went loose and nail went come outside. Myself correct that nail with some other techniq then that problem went shotout. After two days my dth TV account suspended. Then again I contact with customer service then he replied me your set up box changed by technical service person for that 200rs deducted from your account balance. Then I replied no Any set up box old setup box in function. But no any solution provide regarding that. He asked stb no. I told him no. He told me you provide wrong no. Again he ask me card no. I give him my card no. Again he told me wrong no. He did not provide any solution regarding issue.
