My Airtel DTH is not working, Even after several calls on Airtel customer no. 121 , no body is able to fix the problem, and this happens every month with me. Every month Airtel customer care suggest to send service person at home and he charge 150 rs. Customer care executive says ,kindly pay extra 150 rs. other wise we cant help. and this is now repeating every month.
First i Recharge my DTH and then pay Rs 150, due to Airtel System error. Where is my fault here. There is full sunny day on 17.02.2019, still DTH showing whether condition is bad and signal problem.
I have two connections, kindly disconnect both of them, i will take services of other companies.
