My name is vaibhav chhabra
My customer ID is 3006534528
I am already using 001 and 002 connection.
My 001, 002 is active and 003, 004 is already disconnected
I am talking about 005 connection.
This 005 connection is not active since 10 jan 2020, it’s already too late
Either you merged or split or you create a new ID, do what you want
But don’t say to a customer like this
1. Sir wait for 24 hrs.
2.Our bankend team call you definitely.
3. Our escalation team is working on your case.
4. Our higher escalation team is working on your case.
5.Sir wait for some time more.
It’s all nonsense
You guys took 18 days to solve this serious matter, but still matter has been not solved.
