My airtel connection got disconnected on Nov 28, 2023 with no reason. Submitted KYC twice in the store and they can not reinstate the service. Airtel authorities claims they cannot figure out the termination reason and they are can’t reinstate. I am a senior citizen and I’m facining the same issue second time in the last one year.
