MY AIRTEL BROADBAND LANDLINE NUMBER IS – 49846806 . This connection was previously installed and used at the address – 1796 , DARIBA KALAN , MAIN CHANDNI CHOWK , DELHI -110006.
I HAD REQUESTED EARLIER ON 05 0CTOBER 2022 (10:59 AM )FOR DISCONTINUATION OF THE NUMBER FOR THIS ADDRESS AND ASKED FOR SHIFTING OF THE NUMBER CONNECTION AND ADDRESS TO 1805 , MAIN CHANDNI CHOWK , NEAR DARIBA KALAN AND MY REQUEST NUMBER IS – 10087658163. THE COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON THE DATE 5 OCTOBER 2022 (10:59 AM) BY ME .
I WAS ASSURED THAT MY WHOLE PROCESS OF DISCONTINUATION AND SHIFTING TO NEW ADDRESS WILL BE DONE FROM 5 OCTOBER 2022 WITHIN 24 HOURS . THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PREVIOUS CONNECTION BUT TILL NOW THE NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED AND SHIFTED AT THE NEW ADDRESS FOR WHICH I HAD REGISTERED THE SHIFTING REQUEST .
AS OF NOW THE CONVERSATIONS DONE BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND ME HAS NOT PROVED FRUITFUL. I HAVE STATED THEM MY GRIEVANCE ABOUT THE INSTALLATION AND SHIFTING OF MY CONNECTION MANY TIMES . BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT . THIS SORT OF CALLOUS ATTITUDE IS VERY REPRIMANDING.

TILL NOW 17 FEBRUARY 2023 (TIME : 08.47 PM ) NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS – SR10136564747.
KINDLY TAKE A STRINGENT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE SAME AND PLEASE WAIVE OFF ALL THE BILL AMOUNT TILL NOW CAUSE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED .PROVIDE ME WITH A FRUITFUL OUTCOME AS BEING A CONSUMER OF AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES . WAITING FOR A QUICK RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE .
