Text of Complaint by Harshraj kushwah:

My airtel black plan bill ( only broadband) is not generated yet. I opt this connection on 2nd December till that there is no bill generated. And still broadband is showing in progresss. I have called multiple times regarding this. And advisor never transfer my call to senior desk and after putting me on hold they told that no senior availabel. Also i am not able to connect with customer care directly. I am attaching screenshot of complaint for your reference and also call recordings of previous advisors.
