Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel the e-mail below is self-explanatory.
As expected no reply from anyone except constant messages asking me to pay for a connection I don’t have physically have for nearly last two months.
Don’t know if this will help in any way but trying as a last resort.

Just to bring to your kind notice:-
Oct. 25th 2021 :- paid my latest airtel bill. Rs. 1177
Oct. 27th 2021 :- Disconnection request lodged with your customer care.
Oct. 29th 2021:- Modem taken away from y residence by your engineer (Babu I think )
Nov. 2021 :- Received a bill for 1064 for broadband usage (please not I did not have a modem!)
Dec, 2nd 2021:- Spoke to your customer care supervisor Jayshree and explained the situation. She said that she will arrange for a call back from the back-end team in 6 hours. Never received.
Dec. 6th 2012:- Spoke to your customer care supervisor Priyanka and repeated the full story. She said that she is escalating the issue, I do not have to pay for the month of Nov. 2021 and someone will get in touch with me in the next 4 hours. Of-course no-one called.
I am writing to you as a last means before publishing in the media. Guess nothing will happen.
Please note I am not going to pay for Nov. 2021.
So stop harassing me with all your messages.
