Hi Sir/madam,

I am using Airtel wallet for long time and I have updated KYC as well. Recently I have purchased Airtel  fastag as well. From Dec 2019 my account got inactive and I have called n number times and I have sent emails 121 and there is no response. They have asked me to provide approval for updating my wallet to having account and I have provided the same on 14 Nov 2020 and there is no response.

kindly help me out in getting this issue sorted.
