1. “I wish to bring to the attention of this honorable court the unresolved issue I have faced regarding the refund of stamping fees from the Saudi consulate VFS. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have not received the refund Rs 13465 to which I am entitled.”
2. “It is my firm belief that I have fulfilled all the necessary requirements and submitted all the required documents for the refund of the stamping fees. However, the delay in processing my refund has caused undue financial strain and emotional distress.”
3. “I have contacted the Saudi consulate VFS on multiple occasions to inquire about the status of my refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response or any concrete information regarding the timeline for the refund.
