Rs 399 is paid by PAYTM to recharge my number 8319406369 but not recharged.Also my credit amount is showing 1500 ..kindly start my data service under 399 plan.Why it is not updated.If you are unable to adjust my paid amount then kindly refund the same.If my quarry is not resolved then i will make complaint in consumer forum.either you refund my advanced credit amount aor start my plan 399 because payment is already done and received the message also as a proof..Earlier also I have made payment of rs 399 but it is not updated in my plan and i have received the misrepresentation of fact that i need to pay again from pre and post plan then only my plan will be activated.I want to know that what about my paid amount which is still showing as advance credit amount.it should be refundable or need to adjust in plan.because my paid amount is Kindly take the action immediately
