I had orde4d products from WOW skin Science on 31st December,2021. The products are not delivered until today and they’re not ready to cancel the products and refund the amount. The delivery status shows delivery failed so I am out of patience and want the amount to be refunded. The customer care executive first said she could cancel but now they’re saying the products can’t be cancelled.
