MY ACER LAPTOP IS VERY SLOW AND ITS’S WIFI NEVER WORKS. I PURCHASED THIS ON 14 FEB 2022 AND FACING THIS PROBLEM FROM 1 MAR 2022.AFTER CONTINOUSLY COMPLAINING IN SERVICE CENTER, THEY ARE NOT TAKING INITIATIVE AND ASKING ME TO DEGRADE MY WINDOW.

MY WIFI CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING JUST AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF THIS LAPTOP . AFTER APPROACHING SERVICE 4-5 TIMES , THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE BUT ASKING ME TO DEGRADE MY WINDOW 11 TO WINDOW 10 THAT TOO PIRATED VERSION. THEY ARE SAYING THAT WINDOW 11 IS CAUSING THE ISSUE BUT AS MY BROTHER IS USING WINDOW 11 TOO, I CAN FIGURE OUT THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE LAPTOP.I WANT A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS BOTHERING ME FROM LAST 45-50 DAYS AND SERVICE CENTER IS NOT ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM .
