My “Fi” account was blocked on 18th of July 2022. I raised the complaint on “Fi” Ticket no.- 1513638. I called to “Fi” customer service on this number “08047485490” so many times, I mailed them on “help@ficare” so many times. I chat to them so many times too …the “Fi” team saying deferent reasons every time.
The Reasons are…like this
1. wait for 3 to 4 weeks It will unblock
2. My Identification was not clear and there is some unusual activity.
3. Finally after so many follow ups they send me a mail on 4th September asking for alternate bank details to return my fund, but till now they keep make the same excuses.
4. After so many days past they still asked me to wait 3-4 weeks. why?
I am not understanding …. why after so my verification process they still didn’t unblock my account or returning my money after requested.
and what is this?
when I am trying to contacting to “Fi” team they are discontenting my call.
Most of all they have no rightful reason to keep my account block as after 1 week of activating the account and added money they froze my account for saying suspicious activities.
