My account was Blocked past 30 days the Bank is Not responding properly.
My “Fi” account was blocked on 7th of May 2022. I raised the complaint on “Fi”. I called to “Fi” customer service on this number “08047485490” so many times, I mailed them on “help@ficare” so many times. I chat to them so many times too …the “Fi” team saying deferent reasons every time.
The Reasons are…like this
1. wait for 3 to 4 days It will unblock
2. I did so many tractions so that It frozen.
3. On May 31st 2022 I got one mail regarding this issue for my mail reply. They provided one complaint on that “CUSIDFRZ-33105220035702 DT 20.5.22 UP” and said that you need to reach the nearest police station to Unblock your account.
I am not understanding …. why should I go to the police station ?
and what is this ?
when I am trying to contacting to “Fi” team they are discontenting my call.
