I have ordered one product and done online payment from meesho appand on 21/3/2022 order is delivered and when i din’t like the product i tried to open the product but my meesho app is not opening and unable to return the product and when i called to customer care they are telling my account is blocked and unable to return from either sides i.e., from customer or from my side. They say that it is impossible to unblock the app and my money is blocked with them. by this they are fool the customers. they are cheating the customer.
