Actually I had recharged my account using Airtel app. The amount that was paid was Rs.349/- as I had been given a RS.50 off coupon. The amount was paid using Google pay to Airtel HDFC bank and the transaction was successful. But the recharge hasn’t been initiated yet. I am not able to use any of the Airtel services as my sim hasn’t been recharged yet. Kindly do the needful and look into this issue.
