My account has been freeze by cyber crime tell by bank. On 17 june, 2023 my account has been freeze by gujarat cybercrime. When I Go to bank, then bank staff tell me you are fraud, or illegal person, they insult me in bank and don’t telling me why my account has been freeze they give me no. of gujarat sbi bank which stop my transaction. On 17 june, 2023, I am out of my home, and i have not lot of money in my pocket and my bank account has been freeze by gujarat cyber crime, I face lot of problems. when I talk to gujarat sbi bank staff which no. is given by bank staff, they talk me rudly, and tell me to go bank they mail to bank, after that bank give me one email id and contact no. of gujarat cyber crime. when i am calling on cyber crime no. it show spam on my phone. bank staff give me list of documents to send on gujarat cyber crime mail.
On 18 july,2023 I email on cc-cid@gujarat.gov.in but there is no reply from that side, after one week i again mail but i don’t get any response. Please unfreeze my account.
