One fine day, my account has been deactivated and on calling customer service i was informed my account is in violation of clause 4 and 13 – I am an analytics individual and an elite myntra member – i also had order in my account which was picked up and no refund has bee issued. Continuous follow ups with customer service is a waste of my time as they always say 24-48 hours , but never get back. Myntra should not have the authority to treat customers unfairly!
