My account got banned by krafton for 10years it’s 2nd time when my account got banned without any reason 1st time they notify me on 3sep 2022 that You account has been temporarily frozen due to abnormalities detected in your emulator. Please update your emulator to the
latest version.

Again after A 1 year sep 4 again they ban me for 10years and notify me Your account will be banned for violating regulations. End Time: 2033/09/01 21:02:04 Your ID: 5371889212 . If reason is hack then I’m never used any type of hack since I played more than 4 years why not they check properly my gameplay. I want they check my past gameplay after do any leagal action, or if the reason is I m playing in emulator ( bluestak) then there is not any notification or information regarding this that this game is illegal to play in emulator. I claim that krafton not doing their work properly, they ban to people who play fair gameplay and this is not good thing. I want my id back they harras me tow times. Please resolve my problem and raised complain against krafton BGMI IT’S very helpful to me.
