My myntra account has been deactivated past raising a return request.
Its 21st June 2023 today, I received a wrong product and raised a exchange request with a correct one on 5th June 2023 after too many efforts and many calls the exchange pick up was done on 16th June 2023, They again delivered the wrong product, I actually ordered Fireboltt ninja calling pro plus Bluetooth calling smart watch but they delivered fireboltt ninja calling pro, even after the exchange they delivered the wrong product! Which seems old too! Then
I raised the the issue for return, talked to customer care multiple times but the return was not scheduled till 21st of June!!! I called the customer care multiple times to complaint about the wrong product, neither I received the correct product I ordered nor the return initiated for it(as they sent the wrong product again as exchange) They only extended the date of resolving the problem and made false promises and issue wasn’t resolved yet. The product costed me 1520 rs
I tried logging in today i.e. 21st June and I couldn’t log in and it says that my account is deactivated due to security reasons. I called the customer care and they said that there was no reason mentioned on her end as to why my account was deactivated but the issue will get resolved in 24-48 hrs. Again a false promise date. Idk if it’ll get resolved. Myntra ate up my money.
