flipkart changed my account details mobile number and email and someone else is using my account. in that account wallet i had 10000 Rs, customer care of flipkart is not listening. they are saying without my consent the email and mobile number cant be changed, but the reaility is ‘someone raised a request to change registered mobile number against my account number, and flipkart accepted his request and changed my registered mobile number than after he could easily change the registered email id. I am unable t0 access my own account that i have been using for last 8 years, and God know about my wallete money. flipkart customer care support says they dont have concern regarding my accoun or wallete, they are only for product related issue, i asled them “who is than responcible for my hard earn money that was kept in flipkart wallate also who is responcible for flipkart paylater option” no reply by customer care they keep saying we cant help you other than product related issue.
