Dear sir,
I am trying to contact ajio customer service since last one week but,
I am not getting proper response from your side. They are replying in pre-formated emails.

My account has been blocked due to your policy (High Return) . If this is true then why my account was not blocked before a year.

My account was blocked right after my recent purchase made. I can’t exchange or return due to blocked account

********My few item purchased is still on the way. And few which are received need to be returned *********

I want my last full transaction money back in to my bank account.

In short
1) Stop the delivery of undelivered item
2) Take Back Delivered item
3) Give my money back
4) Keep my account blocked forever
