My account balanace is low and bank charge me bounce charges because of RAY SONI ENTERPRISE has taken amount of 90 and after that 500 but I didn’t take any amount from them.

I never taken any amount from RAY SONI ENTERPRISE but they charges me 90 and 500 and also I am unable to contact to them and bank also unable to stop this payment so kindly reffer to this.my accouny shows ovrrdraft.
